Grizzlies add NHL experience with Brad Mills

 

West Valley City, Utah – Utah Grizzlies Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Kevin Colley announced today that the team has signed forward Brad Mills.

 

Mills has spent the first five years of his professional career with the New Jersey Devils organization, tallying 31 games with New Jersey and 252 games with their American Hockey League affiliates in Albany and Lowell. 

 

The product of Yale University made his NHL debut on Oct. 30, 2010 at Los Angeles and scored his first NHL goal on Nov.3, 2010 against Marty Turco and the then reigning Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks.

 

In 252 AHL games, the 29-year-old has logged 39 goals and 51 assists for 90 points and 415 penalty minutes. He had nine goals and seven assists for 16 points in 27 games during his only ECHL tour with Trenton in 2006-07. He also had 67 penalty minutes.
