2012-13 is his fifth pro year. Named 2007-08 OHL Second-Team All Star. Ranked third in goals and fourth in points among all OHL players 2007-08. Led Niagra OHL in 2007-08 with 51 goals, 60 assists and 111 points. Selected by Pittsburgh in round 4 of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft. Made pro debut 4/23/08 with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton in game four of the AHL East Division Semifinals against Hershey. Signed 3-year entry level contract with Pittsburgh NHL 4/23/08. Acquired by Toronto NHL from Pittsburgh 3/2/10. Acquired by Anaheim NHL from Toronto 1/3/12. Loaned to Fort Wayne by Norfolk 11/27/12. Scored his first Komet goal and point 12/7/12 at Orlando. Reassigned to Norfolk 12/26/12. Reassigned to Fort Wayne 1/1/13.
