Career Notes:Finished up his four year career at Ferris State University last season. He had a breakout year reaching personal highs in every major stat category. He also lead the team in goals and points. Johnston finished off the year with Bridgeport, playing in 3 games. Season Notes:Collected three points (1G, 2A) for second time this season on 2/24. Three GWG scored in the month of January on 1/12, 1/18 and 1/26. Named runner-up in Sher-Wood Hockey ECHL Player of the Week for 1/7-1/13. Three point night (2G,1A) including GWG on 1/12 and four-assist game on 1/11; both against Orlando. Named runner-up in AMI Graphics ECHL Plus Performer for the month of December. Two two-assist games on 12/7 at Evansville and 1/5 versus South Carolina. Had a two goals came 12/28 against Wheeling. Scored his first professional goal in Orlando on 10/28.
