Career Notes: 2011-12…Served as alternate captain for North Dakota. Set career highs in assists (18) and points (21) and led Fighting Sioux defensemen in scoring. Received Coaches’ Unsung Hero Award. Named to the NCAA West Region All-Tournament team in addition to the All-WCHA Academic Team. Appeared in four games with AHL Binghamton on an ATO following senior season. 2010-11…Led entire NCAA with a +32 rating. Dressed in all 44 games for Fighting Sioux. 2009-10…Selected to WCHA Final Five All-Tournament team. Scored first collegiate goal 11/28/09 vs. #1 ranked Miami of Ohio. 2008-09…Named UND’s most improved player. Misc…Selected by the Ottawa Senators in the fourth round (#120 overall) in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft. Graduated from Shattuck St. Mary’s in 2007.
