Biography
With Condors: 2011-12: Signed by the Condors on Sept. 30...Prior to the Condors: Selected by the Calgary Flames in the 5th round (#158) in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft NHL: Appeared in one game with the Calgary Flames during the 2007-08 season, stopping the only two shots he faced in nine minutes of action. AHL: Made 91 appearances over the past four seasons with the Flames' AHL affiliate (Quad City, Abbotsford)...professional debut came with Quad City in 2007...recorded a 10-8-3 record his rookie season with a 2.33 GAA and one shutout... Was recalled and appeared for the Calgary Flames (NHL) his rookie season... in 2008, named AHL Player of the Week for the week ending October 27, 2008...ECHL: Served two different stints in the ECHL during the 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons with the Las Vegas Wranglers and Victoria Salmon Kings respectively...appeared in seven games with the Wranglers in 2008-09...appeared in nine games with Victoria in 2009-10 where he recorded two shutouts...named Reebok Hockey ECHL Goaltender of the Week on November 17, 2009 WHL: Had an extremely successful three-plus year junior career with the Medicine Hat Tigers...was 105-30-10 in 152 games played...won two WHL championships in 2004 and 2007...in 2007, he led team to the Memorial Cup where he was named the top goaltender of the tournament as the Tigers fell in the championship game...named to the Memorial Cup all-star team in 2007...was the 2007 WHL playoff MVP
