Andrew Rowe (F)
South Carolina Stingrays
Team captain Andrew Rowe returned to South Carolina after being loaned to the Stingrays by the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League (AHL) in November 2015. Rowe scored a team-best 56 points (17 goals, 39 assists) in only 44 games last season for the Stingrays. Rowe posted 34 points (15 goals, 19 assists) in 27 playoff games as South Carolina advanced to the Kelly Cup Finals. During the 2014-2015 season, Rowe also appeared in 28 games for the Charlotte Checkers of the AHL, scoring five points.
The veteran has registered 201 career points in 186 ECHL games. For three straight seasons, Rowe has led his ECHL club in points. He posted 72 points with Elmira in 2012-2013, 66 points with Greenville in 2013-2014 and 56 points with South Carolina last season.
Rowe turned pro in 2010 after a standout four-year NCAA career at Michigan State. He has skated in 129 career AHL games, but had yet to appear in a game with Bridgeport this season as he recovered from injury.
