Rowe finished second in the ECHL in goals (31), 19 in assists (35), fifth with 66 points and a plus-minus rating of +28 in 64 games with the Greenville Road Warriors last season, earning an All-ECHL Second Team selection. Under contract with the American Hockey League’s (AHL) Hartford Wolf Pack in 2013-14, the Muskegon, Michigan, native added three points (two goals, one assist) in seven AHL contests.
During the 2012-13 campaign, Rowe ranked seventh in the ECHL with 72 points (29 goals, 43 assists) in 66 games with the Elmira Jackals and earned a five-game promotion to the Norfolk Admirals (AHL) adding one assist. In 142 career ECHL games, all with Greenville and Elmira, the 6-foot-2, 180-pound forward amassed 65 goals and 80 assists for 145 points. At the AHL level, Rowe racked up 27 points (17 goals, 10 assists) in 101 games with the Adirondack Phantoms, Admirals and Wolf Pack.
Season Notes: Named Road Warriors 2013-2014 Player of the Year. Finished second in ECHL with 31 goals. Tied for second in the ECHL with six game winning goals. Finished fourth in the league with a +28 tying the Road Warriors single-season record. Named CCM ECHL player of the month with 9G, 9A, and +7 in 11 games in February. Nine-game point streak from 2/8-2/28 with 9G, 8A. Named Runner-up for ECHL player of the week from Feb. 7-23 with 4G, 3A in 3 GP. Six-game assist streak from 2/9-2/23 with eight assists. Scored shootout winner on 1/12 vs. EVN. Three-assist night on 12/29 vs. ELM. Played in 200th professional game on 12/28 vs. ELM. AMI Graphics ECHL Plus Performer of October with a +8 in three games. Appeared in one game with Greenville on 10/30 then recalled back to Hartford until 11/14. Recalled to Hartford from 10/22-10/29. During that span he scored one goal and tallied one assist. Scored three goals (also the GWG) and added one assist in first game of the season against GWT on 10/18. Also recorded his first career hat trick in that game.
