Biography

This is his second pro season, though still considered a rookie by ECHL league standards. Assigned to the IceMen by the NHL Carolina Hurricanes through the Florida Everblades on 10/11/12 just prior to opening night. Saw limited pro action in 2011-12, coming right off the campus of the U. of Vermont of the Hockey East Conference to join the since-defunct Chicago Express of the ECHL. Enjoyed an auspicious pro debut, compiling a supreme record of 12(8-3-1) in 12-outings. Posted his first-ever pro shutout along with a stellar 2.41 GAA and .926 SPCT. At Vermont, was the Catamounts number one goaltender all four years, playing in 127-games and collecting 41-victories. In 2010-11 campaign, authored 4-shutouts with a 2.66 GAA and .908 SPCT. Prior to collegiate career, saw service in the junior ‘A’ USHL with the Chicago Steel.
