Biography

This is his first pro season, having been assigned to the IceMen by NHL parent club, St. Louis Blues through the Blues AHL affiliate, Peoria Rivermen. Selected by St. Louis in round #7, 185th overall in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. Prior to reaching the professional ranks, was a four-year standout with Clarkson University of the Division I ECAC Conference. In 2011-12 with the Golden Knights, played a career-high 37-games, posting a record of 37(16-15-6) with a school record 5-shutouts and sterling 2.46 GAA and .921 SPCT. Showed excellent improvement in each of his years at Clarkson. In all, played in school record 130-career games, registering 7-shutouts and 46-victories. Before collegiate career, was a standout in the junior ‘A’ ranks with the AJHL Brooks Bandits and the OPJHL Wellington Dukes.
