As part of the ECHL’s 25th anniversary, each week the League will take a look back at important moments in ECHL history.

Nov. 13, 1993 – The Nashville Knights set the ECHL record for most penalty minutes by one team in a game with 181 against Knoxville.

Nov. 15, 2011 – Elmira’s Maxime Gratchev sets an ECHL record for the fastest goal to start a period, scoring four seconds into the start of the third period at Wheeling.
