Vice President of Marketing - Nashville Predators/Bridgestone Arena

Brittany Austin is the Vice President of Marketing for the Nashville Predators and Bridgestone Arena. With over 18 years of experience in sports and event marketing—including 14 seasons with the Tampa Bay Lightning and two Stanley Cup championships—she is a tenured leader in the industry. With expertise spanning branding, digital, media, live events, and fan engagement, Brittany is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences that connect fans with the teams and venues they love. Beyond her professional work, she is committed to mentoring and investing in young women pursuing careers in the sports industry, helping shape the future of leadership in the field. When she isn’t working, you can find her enjoying college football or flying to a new destination on her travel list. 

Rosalie Authier

Rosalie Authier

Manager of Event Operations - Professional Women’s Hockey League

Rosalie Authier is the Manager of Event Operations for the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL), where she oversees the planning and execution of league events across North America, including the PWHL Takeover Tour.

 

Prior to joining the PWHL, Rosalie worked in team services with the Montreal Victoire and gained experience with organizations including Hockey Canada and U SPORTS. A graduate of the University of Montreal, where she played rugby while earning her degree in Education, Rosalie is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sport Management at HEC Montréal.

Geoff Brown

Geoff Brown

Head of Team Business - G League

Geoff Brown is an Associate Vice President at the National Basketball Association (NBA).  He is the Head of Team Business for the NBA G League, working with all 31 G League teams to help them increase revenue, including ticket sales and sponsorship sales, as well as focusing on other components of their business.

 

Prior to his work at the NBA, Geoff was a Senior Associate Athletic Director & Chief Marketing Officer for Rutgers University Athletics. Before coming to Rutgers, Brown was General Manager of the Lakewood BlueClaws, the Minor League Baseball Single-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies in Lakewood, NJ, from the team’s inception in 1999 until 2013.

 

Brown lives in Manasquan, New Jersey with his wife Suzanne, his son Jake, and his daughter Emma.

Stefanie Evans

Senior Director of Program Development - Chicago Wolves

Stefanie Evans has been working for the Chicago Wolves since 2006. She started as an account executive and is now Senior Director of Program Development. Evans primary responsibility is creating and selling new group ticket and event initiatives. She led the American Hockey League in group sales for the past nine seasons.

Malcolm Farmer is President of the Texas Legends, the NBA G League affiliate of the Dallas Mavericks. Since helping launch the franchise, he has guided the organization to become one of the most successful business operations in professional sports.

 

Under Farmer's leadership, the Legends have earned NBA G League Franchise of the Year honors twice and have consistently ranked among the league leaders in attendance, season ticket sales, sponsorship revenue, and overall business performance. The organization is widely recognized for building one of the strongest B2B platforms in basketball, leveraging year-round networking, business development, and partnership activation opportunities to create measurable value for corporate partners.

Troy is the Director of Events and Fan Entertainment for the Toledo Mud Hens and Toledo Walleye, where he leads the strategy, planning, and execution of promotions, game presentation, and fan experience initiatives across both organizations. 

 

During his time with the Mud Hens and Walleye, Troy has played a key role in developing innovative game-day entertainment, signature theme nights, and large-scale special events that enhance fan engagement and strengthen community connection.

 

With over a decade of experience in the sports industry, Troy brings a collaborative approach to creating fanatical experiences.

 

Kyle Hargrove

Senior Director of Ticket Operations - Nashville Sounds

Kyle was born and raised in Nashville and has worked in the sports industry for 16 years including 14 years in minor league baseball and returned home to join the Nashville Sounds in 2019.  Prior to joining the Sounds, Kyle worked with the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, and Lexington Legends.  He is a 3 time graduate of the University of Tennessee earning an MBA and Master’s in Sport Management.  He is also a 3 time parent that enjoys spending time with his wife and family, coaching his oldest son’s 8u baseball team, and building Pokémon TCG decks for his kids to compete in local events.

Vincent has more than 15 years of leadership experience with some of the sports and entertainment industry’s largest brands. He has designed, built, and led high-performing organizations that use technology and data-driven decision-making to generate outsized results. Vince’s passionate belief that the tools did not exist to understand and engage today’s sports fans led him to co-found StellarAlgo in 2016. He is energized by the progress since then, and especially loves seeing the passion of his Team Stellar teammates. Teri Johnson is the Senior Manager of Game Presentation and Game Day Producer for the Nashville Predators in the NHL. Her education includes a degree in Graphic Design and Communication from Centenary College of Louisiana and her professional background includes 3 years as the Director of Social Media and Marketing for the NAHL Shreveport Mudbugs, 1.5 years as the Director of Branding and Fan Experience for the ECHL Greenville Swamp Rabbits, and 2.5 years in Game Presentation for the Nashville Predators. Johnson’s career journey has primarily focused on intertwining creativity and production of professional hockey organizations with distinct brands and markets.

Larry McQueary

Larry McQueary is an accomplished sports executive and marketing leader with extensive experience across professional sports organizations and major event management. Born and raised in central Indiana, he has built a distinguished career serving in executive leadership roles with organizations including the Indiana Sports Corporation, USA Diving, Super Bowl XLVI and Family Events. He has also served as President of both the Indy Fuel and Fishers Freight, as well as Chairman of the ECHL.

 

Known for his expertise in sports marketing, operations, sponsorship development, and creating exceptional fan experiences, Larry made his mark through his leadership with the Indy Fuel organization and his involvement with the development of the Fishers Event Center, helping shape a premier destination for sports and entertainment in central Indiana.

 

Larry currently serves as Vice President of Spire Hockey, where he helps oversee four professional hockey teams: the Rapid City Rush, Trois-Rivières Lions, Greenville Swamp Rabbits, and Athens Rock Lobsters. He remains passionate about fostering organizational growth while delivering outstanding experiences for fans, partners, and sponsors alike.

 

Larry is a graduate of Indiana University and furthered his executive education in Sports Leadership at the Kellogg School of Management.

Marco Myers

Senior Director of Entertainment & Fan Experience - Norfolk Admirals

Marco is entering his eighth year with the Norfolk Admirals and currently serves as Senior Director of Entertainment and Fan Experience, overseeing all aspects of game-day presentation and event experience. Marco also serves as the Admirals’ In-arena host, bringing energy during the game, and keeping fans on their toes. A native of Chesapeake, Virginia, Marco graduated from Old Dominion University (ODU) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, and got his start in sports as a game operations intern with the Admirals in the Fall of 2018.

Joe O'Donnell

Joe O'Donnell

Radio Play-by-Play Broadcaster - Minnesota Wild

Joe O’Donnell is in his fifth season as the Minnesota Wild’s radio play-by-play announcer, having assumed the role during the 2021-22 season. O’Donnell originally joined the Wild organization in 2008, serving as the play-by-play announcer for the Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League (AHL) for five seasons (2008-13) and the Iowa Wild for eight seasons (2013-21). He also served as Director of Broadcasting and Team Services with Iowa.

 

Prior to joining the Wild organization, O’Donnell spent three seasons with the Idaho Steelheads in the ECHL as a broadcaster (2005-08) and served as an intern with ECHL’s Reading Royals for two seasons (2003-05). He called the 2011 AHL Calder Cup Finals, served as the announcer for the 2007 ECHL All-Star Game and the 2007 Kelly Cup Finals, and was named the ECHL’s National Conference Broadcaster of the Year in 2007.

 

The Havertown, Pa., native graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in communications. He and his wife, Cara, have three sons: Jake, James and Christopher.

 

Andi Perelman

Andi Perelman is the Founder & CEO of Atalanta Marketing, a sports and entertainment-focused marketing and consulting agency that partners with teams and organizations to tell their stories, engage fans, and build strategies that drive lasting impact.

 

Before launching Atalanta Marketing, Andi spent over a decade with the NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins, where she served as Vice President of Marketing and Digital and helped grow the team’s digital platforms into some of the most engaged in professional sports.

 

An Emmy Award winner, three-time Webby honoree, and recognized as a Rising Star by the Business Journals, Andi also teaches as an adjunct professor, where she shares her industry experience with the next generation of leaders. This year, she was named Best Woman Entrepreneur in the Best of Pittsburgh Readers’ Poll by the City Paper.

 

She holds a Master’s degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.

Stephen Perkins

Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer - Opry Entertainment Group (OEG)

Stephen Perkins serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Opry Entertainment Group (OEG), where he leads brand, demand, and performance marketing across a diverse portfolio of live entertainment, music, and attraction-based businesses. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, ticket sales, audience development, and customer engagement through integrated marketing, data, and guest experience strategies.

 

A modern, data-driven executive, Perkins has helped advance OEG’s commercial and digital capabilities through the adoption of AI, CRM, and enterprise customer data technologies. He oversees social, content, lifecycle, and performance marketing while aligning brand strategy with measurable business outcomes. Known for combining strategic vision with operational execution, he has played a key role in strengthening fan engagement, elevating guest experiences, and positioning the organization for continued growth in a rapidly evolving entertainment landscape.

 

Prior to joining OEG in 2025, Perkins served as Executive Vice President of Marketing & Fan Engagement for the Pittsburgh Pirates, where he led the club’s comprehensive marketing and fan engagement strategy. His responsibilities included oversight of fan experience, communications, broadcasting, digital and social media, in-game entertainment, special events, community outreach, and youth baseball and softball initiatives. During his tenure, he helped modernize the organization’s approach to audience development and engagement across both digital and in-person experiences.

 

Previously, Perkins was Vice President of Marketing for the Washington Commanders, where he led marketing, creative, and business intelligence functions with a focus on strengthening brand affinity and fan engagement. He also played an instrumental role in the organization’s interim rebrand to the “Washington Football Team.”

 

Earlier in his career, Perkins spent nine years at Under Armour, rising to Senior Director of Marketing. He led global brand management for the company’s training business, directing integrated campaigns across men’s, women’s, and youth categories. He partnered with globally recognized athletes and personalities, including Tom Brady, Cam Newton, and Dwayne Johnson, and collaborated cross-functionally across product, sales, creative, PR, and consumer insights.

 

Perkins began his career at the National Football League in the league’s marketing organization and started his professional journey in sales as an Account Executive at the Nashville Scene.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Vice President of Consumer Strategy & Media/Partner - Communica

Chrissy Redrup is Vice President of Consumer Strategy & Media and a Partner at Communica, where she has spent more than 25 years leading integrated marketing and media strategies for clients across the country. Throughout her career, she has specialized in developing campaigns that align business objectives with measurable results, helping organizations grow awareness, increase engagement and maximize return on investment.

 

In her role at Communica, Chrissy oversees media strategy, planning, negotiation and buying across traditional and digital platforms. She works closely with clients to identify opportunities, navigate changing consumer behaviors and build campaigns that effectively reach target audiences. Her expertise spans sports, tourism, attractions, higher education and B2B industries, giving her experience across a wide variety of marketing initiatives.

 

Chrissy has led media strategy for organizations including the Toledo Walleye, Toledo Mud Hens, Toledo Zoo and Shores & Islands Ohio, helping brands increase attendance, strengthen audience engagement and maximize marketing budgets. John Roberson

John Roberson

John Roberson is the CEO and “Chief Cheerleader” of Advent, a Nashville-based agency that has partnered with some of the nation’s largest brands in professional and college athletics, academia and more. As a keynote speaker with industry leaders at national conferences, Roberson delves into his passions for brand marketing, audience insight and the power of experiences.

 

Advent creates experiences that move people. The firm applies design thinking to solve audience engagement challenges using a creative team of consultants, designers, marketers, engineers, digital experts and builders. Advent delivers immersive, interactive experiences for professional sports organizations, college athletic and academic clients, and corporate partners.

 

Under Roberson’s leadership, Advent has completed more than 2,200 projects, including Stanford University’s Home of Champions, the Dallas Cowboys’ 91-acre world headquarters, the Nebraska College of Business, the LA Entertainment District and Stadium Premiere Center, the University of Texas Athletics Hall of Fame, Belmont University’s Gallery of Iconic Guitars and the Headquarters for the PGA of America.

 

He graduated from Lipscomb University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and minors in English and Art. John earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University with a concentration in Marketing and Service Quality. He worked in consumer products, database marketing and home shopping television before he and his family purchased Advent in 1999. Over more than 20 years, he grew Advent from one part-time and one full-time employee to an award-winning team of almost 50 people who create experiences that move people.

Lauren Rodolitz

Digital Media/Content Coordinator - Columbus Blue Jackets

Lauren Rodolitz is the Digital Media and Content Coordinator for the Columbus Blue Jackets. As she wraps up her third season in this role, Lauren runs all the team’s social media accounts. With an emphasis on in-the-moment content and storytelling, she leads TikTok strategy, produces player personality videos, assists with sponsored content and travels during the season to cover every aspect of game day. 

 

Originally from New York, Lauren attended the University of Michigan and graduated in 2023 with a degree in communications and minors in digital media and writing. It was there that she began her sports career, serving as the Media Intern for Michigan Men’s Ice Hockey. She’s passionate about empowering women in sports, building community through hockey, and is (finally) learning how to ice skate!  

 

 

Amy Rosenfeld

Amy Rosenfeld

Senior Vice President of Olympics and Paralympics Production - NBC Sports

Amy Rosenfeld is the senior vice president of Olympics and Paralympics production at NBC Sports. She joined NBC in 2022 and was part of the team responsible for the coverage of Paris 2024 and Milan Cortina 2026.

 

After graduating from Colorado College, Amy began her production career at New England Sports Network (NESN) in Boston where hockey played a significant role. What started with extensive work on college hockey and the AHL, culminated in the role of producer for Boston Bruins games.

 

Amy left NESN in 1996 to pursue a freelance producing career, ultimately joining ESPN full-time in 2007. During her 15 years at ESPN, her responsibilities included oversight of World Cup soccer, NCAA Championships, X Games, the Indianapolis 500, and the launch of the ACC Network.

 

A native of Concord, Massachusetts, Rosenfeld currently resides in Carlisle, Massachusetts.

Tony Schiller

Tony Schiller

Tony Schiller’s 35 plus year career has enjoyed a dynamic career strategizing brand marketing partnerships across sports, music and entertainment. In this capacity, he lead partnership marketing programs for an NBA team, a minor league hockey team, a major concert promoter and an entertainment venue.

 

Tony crossed over to the agency side in 1996 helping to launch an agency, Paragon Marketing Group.  Tony was one of the founding partners at Paragon.  Tony lead strategic consulting at Paragon and was instrumental in helping negotiate partnerships and then participate in developing the activation strategies to bring partnerships to life.  Tony and his team at Paragon  worked with an amazing array of brands including United Airlines, Gatorade, General Mills, PNC Bank, Nike, ESPN, UC Health, PPG Paints, Chipotle, Highmark, Bayer, Johnson & Johnson, Spot Hero, US Steel, Sears, Zenni, Yokohama, Holiday Inn/IHG, Dick’s Sporting Goods and many more.  Paragon has ignited partnerships in sports, entertainment, music, culinary, fashion, esports, cultural arts and pretty much all areas of lifestyle affinities.  Tony has helped brands negotiate and manage over $2B in sponsorship investments over the course of his career.  Paragon was sold in the spring of ’25 to Playfly Sports.  He remains an advisor to Playfly. 

 

Additionally, over the past fifteen years, Tony has served as an investor/advisor to 25+ start-ups.  In this role he has worked intimately with founders to help them transition from vision to operation.  He is also proud of his contributions to the academic side of the sports industry with ongoing guest lecture and adjunct professor relationships with University of Oregon, University of Colorado, University of Michigan, Penn State University, Washington University, DePaul University and University of Central Florida. 

 

Lastly, in 2024 he launched a coaching practice where Tony works with clients helping them to live their most powerful, authentic and healthy lives.

 

Tony is a graduate of the University of Illinois and resides with his wife, Kristin, in Evanston, Illinois.  In his spare time, Tony likes to explore books and experts on all things mind, body and spirit wellness optimization. 

A.J. Tomeny

Vice President of Ticket Sales & Service - Nashville Predators

Currently serving as Vice President of Ticket Sales & Service for the Nashville Predators, A.J. brings more than 15 years of experience in the sports industry, specializing in sales, service, and business development across the NHL, AHL, and Collegiate Athletics. During his four years with the Predators organization, he has held several leadership roles, including Director of Guest Experience & Inside Sales and Senior Director of Ticket Sales & Service, helping drive revenue growth, enhance fan engagement, and deliver world-class customer experiences.

 

Prior to joining Nashville, A.J. spent seven years with the Minnesota Wild organization, including time with the club’s American Hockey League affiliate, the Iowa Wild. During that span, he served as Manager of Ticket Sales, Senior Manager of Ticket Sales, and Director of Business Development.

 

Before making the transition into professional hockey, A.J. spent five years with PLAYFLY ASPIRE, serving as a third-party Ticket Sales & Service liaison for multiple collegiate athletic departments nationwide, including University at Buffalo Athletics, University of North Texas Athletics, and University of Maryland Athletics.
