Geoff Brown

Geoff Brown

Head of Team Business - G League

Geoff Brown is an Associate Vice President at the National Basketball Association (NBA).  He is the Head of Team Business for the NBA G League, working with all 31 G League teams to help them increase revenue, including ticket sales and sponsorship sales, as well as focusing on other components of their business.

 

Prior to his work at the NBA, Geoff was a Senior Associate Athletic Director & Chief Marketing Officer for Rutgers University Athletics. Before coming to Rutgers, Brown was General Manager of the Lakewood BlueClaws, the Minor League Baseball Single-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies in Lakewood, NJ, from the team’s inception in 1999 until 2013.

 

Brown lives in Manasquan, New Jersey with his wife Suzanne, his son Jake, and his daughter Emma.

Sr. Director of Partnership Development - Prolific 1

Daniel Kaiserman is a seasoned leader in the sports and live entertainment industry, specializing in ticketing strategy, revenue generation, and partnership development. At Prolific 1, he works with teams, leagues, and event organizers across the country to maximize ticket revenue and optimize fan demand through data-driven insights and market expertise. Prior to Prolific 1, Daniel spent 12 years leading Sales and Service teams within both the collegiate and Major League Soccer spaces – helping unlock new revenue opportunities, while building efficient scalable ticket operations.

Senior Director of Entertainment & Fan Experience - Norfolk Admirals

Marco is entering his eighth year with the Norfolk Admirals and currently serves as Senior Director of Entertainment and Fan Experience, overseeing all aspects of game-day presentation and event experience. Marco also serves as the Admirals’ In-arena host, bringing energy during the game, and keeping fans on their toes. A native of Chesapeake, Virginia, Marco graduated from Old Dominion University (ODU) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, and got his start in sports as a game operations intern with the Admirals in the Fall of 2018.

CEO - Advent

John Roberson is the CEO and “Chief Cheerleader” of Advent, a Nashville-based agency that has partnered with some of the nation’s largest brands in professional and college athletics, academia and more. As a keynote speaker with industry leaders at national conferences, Roberson delves into his passions for brand marketing, audience insight and the power of experiences.

 

Advent creates experiences that move people. The firm applies design thinking to solve audience engagement challenges using a creative team of consultants, designers, marketers, engineers, digital experts and builders. Advent delivers immersive, interactive experiences for professional sports organizations, college athletic and academic clients, and corporate partners.

 

Under Roberson’s leadership, Advent has completed more than 2,200 projects, including Stanford University’s Home of Champions, the Dallas Cowboys’ 91-acre world headquarters, the Nebraska College of Business, the LA Entertainment District and Stadium Premiere Center, the University of Texas Athletics Hall of Fame, Belmont University’s Gallery of Iconic Guitars and the Headquarters for the PGA of America.

 

He graduated from Lipscomb University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and minors in English and Art. John earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University with a concentration in Marketing and Service Quality. He worked in consumer products, database marketing and home shopping television before he and his family purchased Advent in 1999. Over more than 20 years, he grew Advent from one part-time and one full-time employee to an award-winning team of almost 50 people who create experiences that move people.

Amy Rosenfeld

Amy Rosenfeld

Senior Vice President of Olympics and Paralympics Production - NBC Sports

Amy Rosenfeld is the senior vice president of Olympics and Paralympics production at NBC Sports. She joined NBC in 2022 and was part of the team responsible for the coverage of Paris 2024 and Milan Cortina 2026.

 

After graduating from Colorado College, Amy began her production career at New England Sports Network (NESN) in Boston where hockey played a significant role. What started with extensive work on college hockey and the AHL, culminated in the role of producer for Boston Bruins games.

 

Amy left NESN in 1996 to pursue a freelance producing career, ultimately joining ESPN full-time in 2007. During her 15 years at ESPN, her responsibilities included oversight of World Cup soccer, NCAA Championships, X Games, the Indianapolis 500, and the launch of the ACC Network.

 

A native of Concord, Massachusetts, Rosenfeld currently resides in Carlisle, Massachusetts.
