Pat Nagle of the Fort Wayne Komets is the CCM ECHL Goaltender of the Week for Dec. 28-Jan. 3. It is the fourth time in his career that he has received the weekly honor. The 28-year-old went 3-0-1 with one shutout, a 1.48 goals-against average and a save percentage of .954 in four appearances last week, helping the Komets extend their unbeaten streak to seven games (6-0-1). Nagle made 25 saves in a 4-3 overtime loss against Brampton on Tuesday, stopped all 37 shots he faced in a 7-0 win over Indy on Thursday, turned aside 32 shots in a 2-1 victory at Indy on Friday and stopped 31 shots in a 2-1 win at Toledo on Saturday. A native of Bloomfield, Mich., Nagle has appeared in 20 games with the Komets this season posting a record of 11-5-2 with two shutouts. He ranks 10th in the league with a 2.16 goals-against average and is tied for ninth with a .923 save percentage. Nagle has appeared in 166 career ECHL games with Fort Wayne, Idaho and Florida with an overall record of 91-49-14 with five shutouts, a 2.70 goals-against average and a save percentage of .911.
