Brace's OT goal gives Nailers 4-3 win

Riley Brace scored with 37.1 seconds remaining in overtime on Wednesday to give the Wheeling Nailers a 4-3 win over the Reading Royals in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals. Wheeling advances to the Eastern Conference Finals for the first time since 2011.Reading took a 2-0 lead on a first-period goal from Adam Comrie and a second-period tally from Austin Farley. The Nailers pulled even before the second period closed on a Jordan Kwas goal at 11:26 and a Shane Bakker tally at 17:37.The Nailers took their first lead of the game 9:13 into the final period when Derek Army lit the lamp, but Reading forced extra time with 1:50 remaining in regulation on a Yannick Tifu goal.Wheeling improves to 2-2 all-time in Game 7s, with all four being decided in overtime.
