ESTERO, Fla. – Florida Everblades President & General Manager Craig Brush along with Head Coach Brad Ralph announced Thursdaythat the team has agreed to terms with defenseman Chase Golightly for the 2016-17 season.Golightly, 24, returns to Florida where he logged six points (1g-5a) in nine regular-season appearances with the Everlades last spring. Golightly also chipped in four assists in six postseason contests. The 5-10, 180-pound blueliner joined the Everblades late last season after concluding his senior campaign at Robert Morris University where he recorded a career high 24 points (5g-19a) in 39 games as a senior. The Temecula, Calif. native totaled 60 career points during his four-seasons with the Colonials from 2012-16.
