NORFOLK, Va. – The Norfolk Admirals, ECHL affiliate of the Edmonton Oilers, have agreed to terms with defenseman Gabriel Verpaelst, Head Coach Rod Aldoff announced.
The Sherbrooke, Quebec native returns to Norfolk after putting up 34 points and 162 penalty minutes in 57 games with the team last season.
Verpaelst spent four years with the Baie-Comeau Drakkar of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League before turning pro with the Bakersfield Condors in 2013-14.
