Troy Bourke of the Orlando Solar Bears is the Inglasco ECHL Player of the Week for the week of Nov. 5-11.
Bourke scored three goals and added five assists for eight points in two games last week.
The 24-year-old had two goals and two assists in a 7-4 win against Jacksonville on Tuesday and added a goal and three assists in a 5-3 victory at South Carolina on Saturday.
Under contract to Syracuse of the American Hockey League, Bourke has 12 points (3g-9a) in four games with the Solar Bears this season while also seeing action in four games with the Crunch.
A native of Edmonton, Alberta, Bourke has posted 55 points (18g-37a) in 37 career ECHL games with Orlando, Adirondack and Fort Wayne and tallied 63 points (24g-39a) in 216 career AHL games with Syracuse, San Antonio and Lake Erie.
Prior to turning pro, Bourke had 236 points (84g-152a) in 276 career games with Prince George of the Western Hockey League.
On behalf of Troy Bourke, a case of pucks will be donated to an Orlando youth hockey organization by Inglasco, the exclusive puck supplier of the ECHL. Since beginning its sponsorship of the award in 2000-01, Inglasco has donated more than 39,000 pucks to youth hockey organizations in ECHL cities.
