The ECHL on Saturday announced the following fines and suspensions.
Adirondack's Cleland fined, suspended
Adirondack's Matias Cleland has been suspended for two games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #595, Reading at Adirondack, on Feb. 1.
Cleland was assessed a match penalty for illegal check to the head under Rule #48.5 at 18:46 of the second period. He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Cleland will miss Adirondack's games at Maine (Feb. 2) and at Florida (Feb. 6).
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players’ Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player’s Hardship Fund.
Maine's Adams-Moisan fined, suspended
Maine's Morgan Adams-Moisan has been suspended for three games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #596, Maine at Manchester, on Feb. 1.
Adams-Moisan was assessed a major penalty and game misconduct for boarding under Rule #41.5 at 14:28 of the second period. He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Adams-Moisan will miss Maine's games vs. Adirondack (Feb. 2). vs. Cincinnati (Feb. 8) and vs. Greenville (Feb. 9).
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players’ Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player’s Hardship Fund.
Tulsa's Sampair fined, suspended
Tulsa's Charlie Sampair has been suspended for three games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #592, Tulsa at Toledo, on Feb. 1.
Sampair was assessed a game misconduct for phycial abuse of officials - category III at 7:41 of the second period. He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Sampair will miss Tulsa's games at Cincinnati (Feb. 2), at Kansas City (Feb. 5) and at Wichita (Feb. 12).

Greenville's Milan fined, suspended
Greenville's Dan Milan has been suspended for five games and fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #587, Orlando at Greenville, on Feb. 1.
Milan was assessed a major penalty and game misconduct for cross checking under Rule #59.5 at 13:40 of the third period. He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
Milan will miss Greenville's games vs. Florida (Feb. 2), vs. Atlanta (Feb. 4), at Worcester (Feb. 8), at Maine (Feb. 9) and at Manchester (Feb. 10).

South Carolina's Gratton fined
South Carolina's Josh Gratton has been fined an undisclosed amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #591, South Carolina at Kansas City, on Feb. 1.
Gratton was assessed a major penalty and game misconduct for spearing under Rule #62.5 at 18:27 of the third period. He is fined and suspended under Rule #28 - Supplementary Discipline.
