West Valley City, Utah – The Utah Grizzlies have signed forward Griffen Molino for the 2019-20 season.
The Grizzlies are the ECHL affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League and the Colorado Eagles of the American Hockey League.
Molino has experience at the highest level as he played in five games for the NHL’s Vancouver Canucks in the 2016-17 season.
He has 72 games of AHL experience over two seasons with Utica and Toronto, scoring 14 points (4g-10a).
The 25-year-old split time last season with the Newfoundland Growlers and the AHL’s Toronto Marlies. With the Growlers, he had six points (3g-3a) in 10 games.
