KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Kalamazoo Wings, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Vancouver Canucks, announced that the team has signed rookie forward Jordan Seyfert to a contract for the 2023-24 season.

Seyfert turns pro after four seasons at Merrimack College. The 24-year-old suited up in 100 games for the Warriors from 2018-23, recording 37 points (12g-25a) in that span. Last season, Seyfert also helped lead Merrimack to its NCAA Tournament appearance in school history with 13 points (6g-7a) in 35 games.

Prior to joining Merrimack, Seyfert won two United States Hockey League titles with the Chicago Stee and Fargo Force. Seyfert joined both championship teams as a key midseason addition, registering four points (1g-3a) across 24 career Clark Cup playoff games.
