Combs, 28, joins the Stingrays after spending the last three seasons playing in Europe.

Combs spent the 2021-22 and 2023-24 seasons playing in the Elite Ice Hockey League, totaling 96 points (46g-50a) in 84 career games split between the Dundee Stars and the Glasgow Clan.

In 2022-23, Combs played in the top hockey league in Denmark and tallied 39 points (20g-19a) in 45 games.
