Florida's Sambrook is AMI Graphics ECHL Plus Performer of the Month

Florida Everblades’ defenseman Jordan Sambrook is the AMI Graphics ECHL Plus Performer of the Month for March after leading the league with a plus-minus rating of +20 during the month.
 
Sambrook was even or better in 12 of his 13 games in March, highlighted by a +4 on March 21 against Orlando and a +3 on March 1 at Jacksonville, March 4 against Greenville and March 18 at Orlando.
 
The 27-year-old leads the ECHL in plus-minus at +54 and he is tied for seventh among defensemen with 43 points (8g-35a) in 65 games this season.
 
A native of Markham, Ontario, Sambrook has tallied 133 points (21g-112a) in 324 career ECHL games with Florida and Kansas City while also skating in four career American Hockey League games with Henderson and Charlotte.
 
Prior to turning pro, Sambrook totaled 155 points (51g-104a) in 262 career games in the Ontario Hockey League with Soo and Erie and 19 points (5g-14a) in 28 games at Brock University.
 
In recognition of his accomplishment, AMI Graphics will present Jordan Sambrook with a personalized Plus Performer of the Month Banner during an on-ice ceremony at an upcoming Everblades’ home game.
