The ECHL on Sunday announced that Florida Everblades’ defenseman Jordan Sambrook is the recipient of the 2025-26 AMI Graphics ECHL Plus Performer of the Year award after finishing the season with a plus-minus rating of +62.
The +62 rating is highest for a player in a single-season in the ECHL’s 38-year history.
Kansas City’s Marcus Crawford finished second with a +49 rating, followed by Connor Doherty of Florida at +32 and Fort Wayne’s Dru Krebs and Kansas City’s Casey Carreau at +31.
Sambrook, who was second in the league last season with a +37 rating, posted an even or better rating in 64 of his 72 games, while earning a spot on the All-ECHL Second Team.
