Dickinson re-signs with Walleye

TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo Walleye have agreed to terms with forward Tanner Dickinson for the 2026-27 season, his sixth season as a pro, and second in Toledo.

A native of Perrysburg, Ohio, Dickinson was one of two Walleye players in 2025-26 (Nick Andrews) and one of just 10 all-time, to appear in all 72 games in a single season. He was second on the team with 64 points (23g-41a) and led the team with a +24. He added six points (2g-4a) in all 12 playoff games.

A fourth-round selection (119th overall) by the St. Louis Blues in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft, Dickinson has played in parts of four American Hockey League seasons split between Springfield and Utica, posting 19 points (10-9a) in 77 games. He has tallied 90 points (31g-59a) in 117 ECHL games over two seasons split between Toledo and Orlando.

Prior to turning pro, he has played two Ontario Hockey League seasons with the Soo Greyhounds, collecting 87 points (27g-60a) in 99 OHL contests. He also appeared in eight games with the United States Hockey League’s Green Bay Gamblers in 2018-19, adding two points (1g-1a) to his resumé.
