Durandeau, Kopacka join Komets

Fort Wayne, Ind. - The Fort Wayne Komets have signed forwards Arnaud Durandeau and Jack Kopacka for the 2026-27 season.

Durandeau, 27, joins the Komets after spending most of his pro career in the American Hockey Leeague, where he has tallied 135 points (54g-81a) in 234 games. He has also skated in four games in the National Hockey League with the New York Islanders and played a season in Russia in the KHL.

Kopacka, 28, was selected in the fourth round (93rd overall) of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft by the Anaheim Ducks. The Metamora, Michigan native played the last four seasons in Sweden, collecting 121 points (66g-55a) in 186 games. He has also played 130 games in the AHL, scoring 46 points (22g-24a).
