ECHL Team Services Tools Provided To All Member Teams

Ultimate Toolkit Online Courses -

Sales Managers have access to assign their staff members to each of these programs. Please contact your manager if you would like to utilize one of these training sessions. If you are a Sales Manager, please contact Tara Martinek at the League Office for directions on how to enroll your staff. The League offers:

- Unlimited access to Group Sales Superstar for your sales team
- Unlimited access to Group Sales Superstar for interview candidates that you are looking to hire
- One (1) free account per team to Inside Sales Superstar (each team has the ability to purchase more licenses for $89 per person)
- Ability to receive one complimentary license for B2B Ticket Sales Superstar paid through the ECHL ($297 value)

Group Sales Superstar for Candidate Recruiting/Pre-Screening - ECHL Member Teams can utilize the Group Sales SuperstarTraining Program (4 week program) to offer "pre-training" to prospective candidates at no cost, as well as have your Team Ticket Director review a candidates video role play - a GREAT way to determine if the candidate has the skill set to succeed in a Group Sales role before offering the position. More information on this Program and how to activate it can be found in the attached document.

Ticket Sales Management University - All ECHL Member Teams are encouraged to submit ECHL Ticket Sales VPs, Directors, Managers, and/or Sales Executives that are looking to grow their skill set and career to participate in our Season long TSMU program. This program includes a kickoff in-person event in Atlanta and monthly homework assignments and mentorship calls, ending with a graduation during ECHL League Meetings in June. Nominations for the 24-25 Season have concluded, however this program should be utilized as a motivational tool for sales reps to aspire in the future.

On-Site Consultation - The ECHL will continue to provide on-site consultation as requested and upon review of staffing needs.
