The ECHL on Thursday announced its All-ECHL Second Team for 2015-16 as determined in a vote of ECHL coaches, broadcasters, media relations directors and media, who were asked to select a goaltender, two defensemen and three forwards.

Jeff Lerg of the Toledo Walleye is appearing on the All-ECHL Second Team for the second consecutive season. He is second in the league with 28 wins, tied for second with a .927 save percentage and fifth with a 2.13 goals-against average.
Adam Comrie of the Reading Royals is on the All-ECHL Second Team for the second time in his career after also earning the honor in 2012-13. Comrie is tied for third among ECHL defensemen with 15 goals despite playing just 39 games as has been recalled to Lehigh Valley of the American Hockey League since Jan. 21.
William Wrenn of the Alaska Aces ranks second among ECHL defensemen with 37 assists and is tied for third with 41 points. He has 14 power-play assists which is tied for sixth among blueliners.
Riley Brace of the Wheeling Nailers is fifth in the league with 63 points (26g-37a) despite playing just 54 games. He has five game-winning goals, which is tied for 15th in the league, and he has tallied 33 points (13g-20a) in his last 25 games since returning from a stint in the American Hockey League.
Jesse Root of the Missouri Mavericks is tied for 14th in the ECHL with 59 points (26g-33a) in 50 games and is tied for the league lead with eight game-winning goals while ranking third in plus-minus with a +34 rating. He had a 15-game point streak from Nov. 20-Jan. 22, ranking as the second-longest such streak in the league this season.
Shawn Szydlowski of the Fort Wayne Komets earns recognition for the second straight season after being named to the All-ECHL First Team last season. Szydlowski is third in the league with 50 assists and 74 points while he is tied for the league lead with three shorthanded assists.
