Harrison back in Eagles fold for 2017-18 season

WINDSOR, Colo. – The Colorado Eagles, ECHL affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche, announced that they have re-signed Ryan Harrison for the 2017-18 season.

Harrison posted 37 points (9g-28a) in 61 games with Colorado last season, finishing the year at a +19. He went on to collect 11 points (3g-8a) in 20 playoff games, culminating in his first Kelly Cup championship.

Harrison made his professional debut with Oloftroms IK in Sweden during the 2015-16 season, posting 37 points (16g-21a) in 34 games. Prior to moving to the pro game, the 25-year-old spent two seasons at the University of Calgary, registering 38 points (12g-26a) in 51 games with the Dinos. The Vernon, British Columbia native also played five seasons in the Western Hockey League with the Prince Albert Raiders, Medicine Hat Tigers and Everett Silvertips. In 325 WHL games Harrison amassed 225 points (79g-146a). He also attended the rookie camp of the Vancouver Canucks in 2011.
