Everblades agree to terms with Roe

ESTERO, Fla. –  Florida Everblades President & General Manager Craig Brush along with Head Coach Brad Ralph announced that defenseman and Fort Myers native Logan Roe has agreed to terms with the team for the 2017-18 season.

The Everblades are the ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Carolina Hurricanes and the American Hockey League's Charlotte Checkers.

Roe returns for his third season with the Everblades after posting a career best 18 points (3g-15a) in 67 games played last season.  Roe registered 16 points (2g-14a) with a +23 rating in 58 appearances during his rookie campaign with the Everblades in 2015-16. During that same season, Roe earned an American Hockey League call-up with the Springfield Falcons, appearing in three games.

Prior to joining the Everblades, the 25-year-old recorded 25 points (1g-24a) during his four-year collegiate career at Canisius College (2011-15). Roe is a product of the Junior Everblades Association’s youth hockey program.
