The Newfoundland Growlers advanced to the Conference Finals in the 2019 Kelly Cup Playoffs presented by SmileDirectClub with a 5-1 win over Manchester in Game 6 of the North Division Finals on Monday.
Newfoundland will take on Florida, a 4 games to 1 winner over Orlando in the South Division Finals, in the Eastern Conference Finals.
In Monday's series clincher, Zach O'Brien scored three goals and Marcus Power had three assists.
O'Brien led the Growlers in the series with eight goals and 13 points while Michael Garteig went 4-2 with a 2.16 goals-against average and a save percentage of .938.
Pierre-Luc Mercier paced Manchester in the series with three goals.
