Dugan agrees to terms with Komets

Dugan agrees to terms with Komets

Fort Wayne, Ind. - The Fort Wayne Komets announced that forward Jack Dugan has signed a contract for the 2023-24 season. 

Dugan, 25, will be skating in his first ECHL season after playing the last three seasons in the American Hockey League. A fifth-round selection (142nd overall) of the Vegan Golden Knights in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft, Dugan scored 33 points (10g-23a) in 37 contests in his rookie season with the Henderson Silver Knights in 2020-21. Last season, the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, native signed a free-agent contract with New Jersey, playing with the Devils AHL affiliate in Utica and posting 27 points (11g-16a) 51 games before being traded to the Carolina Hurricanes, where he added two assists in eight games for the Chicago Wolves.
