Adirondack brings back Conroy

GLENS FALLS, N.Y. – The Adirondack Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s New Jersey Devils and American Hockey League’s Utica Comets, have announced that the club has re-signed defenseman Ryan Conroy to a contract for the 2024-25 season.

Conroy, 23, joined the Thunder last season after finishing his collegiate career at Yale University. In nine regular-season games with Adirondack, the Chestermere, Alberta native had two points (1g-1a) before adding three assists in nine playoff games.

Prior to turning pro last season, Conroy recorded 13 points (2g-11a) in 30 games with Yale. In 91 career regular-season games for the Bulldogs, Conroy had 18 points (2g-16a) and 68 penalty minutes.
