Gladiators unveil updated color scheme

Duluth, Ga. - The Atlanta Gladiators, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Nashville Predators and the American Hockey League’s Milwaukee Admirals, unveiled a new colorway of maroon, black and white.

Maroon returns as the team’s primary color for the first time since 2019; as the Gladiators announced that the team’s logo set will remain the same but updated to reflect the new colors. The team also revealed a new set of home, away, and alternate jerseys for the 2026-27 season.

Team owner Alex Campbell said, “Over the past few seasons since I have had ownership of the team, we have experienced tremendous growth on and off the ice. In the 2025-26 season alone, we saw attendance grow and expanded our community outreach initiatives; as the team qualified for the Kelly Cup Playoffs and had one of the most successful seasons in franchise history.”

“Going into my fourth year of owning the team, I can say for certain that the most important thing within our organization is our fans. With that being said, I’ve heard your ideas and thoughts and I’m happy to announce that one of them is coming true today,” he said.

“As we looked to the future and crafted the vision for what the next chapter of Gladiators hockey will look like, we also took a moment to reflect on the past and what has made this organization special since it first arrived in Gwinnett County in 2003,” said Gladiators President Jared Youngman.

“The decision was then made to blend the past and the present, to embrace what’s next without straying away from our identity and what has made us who we are. To honor our past and build our future. I am proud to announce that while our logo set will remain the same, maroon, black, and white will replace navy, blue, and gold as the team’s official colors moving forward,” he announced as the new branding was unveiled to the public.

For the Gladiators, it’s not just a return – but a revival.

MAROON represents tradition, passion, and sacrifice. A tradition of fans coming to this arena since 2003, to watch players play the game they love and do whatever it takes to win.

BLACK represents strength, toughness, and competitive spirit. All qualities that represent who we are as a team, from the players on the ice, to the folks in the front office, and the fans in the stands.

WHITE represents integrity, excellence, and unity. Upholding the integrity of the sport we love and the goal to strive to be excellent, and to do it together.
