Goatheads agree to terms with Seaman

Goatheads agree to terms with Seaman

RIO RANCHO, N.M. - The New Mexico Goatheads, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Colorado Avalanche and American Hockey League’s Colorado Eagles, announced that the team has signed forward Dakota Seaman to a contract for the 2026-27 season.

Seaman brings a physical edge to New Mexico after spending the 2025-26 season with the Tulsa Oilers, appearing in 24 games during his second season in the ECHL.

He has accumulated 90 penalty minutes in 42 career ECHL games while spending time with the Oilers, Allen, Wheeling and Indy.

Seaman worked his way to the ECHL after beginning his professional career with the Watertown Wolves of the Federal Prospects Hockey
