Hutcheson returns to Walleye

TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo Walleye have agreed to terms with forward Nolan Hutcheson for the 2026-27 season, his first full season as a professional.

A native of Kingston, Ontario, Hutcheson tallied an assist and two penalty minutes in eight games for the Walleye after signing last spring. He led the Queen’s University Gaels in both goals and points each of the last two seasons. He totaled 24 points (12g-12a) and 16 penalty minutes while serving as an alternate captain during the 2025-26 season. Hutcheson recorded 107 points (62g-45a) and 40 penalty minutes in 118 collegiate games.

Prior to college hockey, Hutcheson played three seasons with Sudbury of the Ontario Hockey League, collecting 89 points (47-42a) and 134 penalty minutes in 183 games.
