K-Wings add Edfeldt

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Kalamazoo Wings, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Vancouver Canucks, announced that the team has signed defenseman Noel Edfeldt to a contract for the 2026-27 season.

Edfeldt, 23, enters his third season of professional hockey by ECHL standards and his fifth season as a professional overall. Last season, he notched five points (2g-3a) in 47 games played for Östersunds IK (HockeyAllsvenskan). Edfeldt has also played parts of three seasons (2021-24) for Timrå IK (SHL), appearing in 72 games in that span.

In total, Edfeldt has appeared in 106 HockeyAllsvenkan games across four seasons for Timrå IK and Östersunds IK, notching 11 points (3g-8a) in that span.
