ingram, Schleppe agree to terms with K-Wings

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Kalamazoo Wings, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Vancouver Canucks, announced that the team has signed rookie forwards Adam Ingram and Tyler Schleppe to contracts for the 2026-27 season.

Ingram, 22, is entering his first professional season. In 2025-26, Ingram finished his senior season at St. Cloud State University with 13 points (3g-10a) in 25 games before making his pro debut with the Idaho Steelheads, dishing out two assists in six games.

The West St. Paul, Manitoba native spent four collegiate seasons (2022-26) at St. Cloud, appearing in 133 games with 72 points (23g-49a) and 60 penalty minutes. Prior to his college career, Ingram was named to the United States Hockey League All-Rookie Team, scoring 55 points (26g-29a) in 54 games for the Youngstown Phantoms in 2021-22.

Schleppe, 24, also enters his first professional season. Schleppe was an alternate captain at Ferris State University, recording 16 points (6g-10a) in 36 games in 2025-26 before suiting up for 13 games for the Kansas City Mavericks with three points (1g-2a).

Prior to turning pro, Schleppe played four years at Ferris State, amassing 58 points (27g-31a) in 125 games. Before his collegiate career, he played five seasons of juniors in the British Columbia Hockey League across three teams, putting up 120 points (55g-65a) in 180 games.
