RAPID CITY, S.D. - The Rapid City Rush, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Arizona Coyotes, announced that forward Lindsay Sparks has returned to the Rush for next season. Sparks came to the Rush in a trade with Orlando last season. He racked up 14 points (6g-8a) in 33 games in Orlando before joining the Rush where he registered almost a point-per-game average by notching 28 points (10g-18a) in 31 games. In the season prior, Sparks put together a career campaign with the Missouri Mavericks with highs in every statistical category notching 22 goals, 35 assists and 57 points in 62 games.Heading into his fourth season of professional hockey, Sparks, has recorded 122 points (45g-77a) in 173 career games with the Rush, Fort Wayne Komets, Cincinnati Cyclones, Missouri Mavericks, South Carolina Stingrays, Greenville Road Warriors and Orlando. Before turning pro, the Oakville, Ontario native skated in 83 career games with the University of Michigan.
