Schedule announced for 2017 Kelly Cup Finals

The ECHL announced on Wednesday the schedule for the 2017 Kelly Cup Finals between the Colorado Eagles and the South Carolina Stingrays.

Colorado defeated Toledo 4 games to 1 in the Western Conference Finals to reach the Kelly Cup Finals for the first time while South Carolina eliminated Manchester 4 games to 3 in the Eastern Conference Finals to advance to the Kelly Cup Finals for an ECHL record fifth time.

Began in 1988-89 with five teams in four states, the ECHL has grown into a coast-to-coast league with 27 teams in 21 states and one Canadian province for its 29th season in 2016-17.
