Allen, Texas – The Allen Americans, ECHL affiliate of the San Jose Sharks, announced that the club has signed forward Tanner Eberle for the 2017-18 season.

Eberle played in 58 games for the Americans last season, adding 25 points (10g-15a) with 108 penalty minutes. The 23-year old native of Regina, Saskatchewan begins his fourth year as a professional this October. He returned to Allen last year, after playing in five games with the Americans in 2014-15.

Eberle played five years of major junior hockey with the Moose Jaw Warriors of the Western Hockey League from 2010-15, where he had back to back 50+ point seasons in both 2013-14 and 2014-15 before turning pro.
