Gus Young scored the game-winning goal 8:28 into the extra session with a wrist shot from the right-wing circle.

Florida's Justin Kea opened the scoring 11:37 into the contest. Stephen MacAulay extended the Everblades lead to 2-0 at 15:59 with his fourth of the playoffs after gathering in a loose puck at the top of the crease.

Colorado got on the board 8:30 into the second period on a power-play goal from Matt Register and pulled even at 10:48 on a shorthanded goal from Matt Garbowsky.

The Everblades went back on top just 54 second after the Garbowsky goal when Joe Cox tipped home a Matt Mackeznie shot on the power play for his fifth goal of the postseason. Florida took a 5-2 lead into the intermission following a pair of goals from Mitchell Heard at 14:54 and 19:42.

Steven Lorentz extended the Everblades lead to four with his fourth goal of the playoffs 1:13 into the third period.
