MANCHESTER, N.H. - Manchester Monarchs Head Coach and General Manager, Doug Christiansen, announced that Colton Saucerman has signed with the Monarchs for the 2018-19 season.
The Monarchs are the ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Los Angeles Kings and the American Hockey League's Ontario Reign.
Saucerman, 26, returns to the Monarchs for a third season after posting a career-high 41 points (5g-36a) in 57 games during the 2017-18 season. In his career, Saucerman has played in 114 ECHL games between the Monarchs and South Carolina Stingrays, and has racked up 76 points (10g-66a) and 147 penalty minutes.
The native of Colorado Springs, Colorado played at Northeastern University from 2012-16, where he skated in 140 games and recorded 64 points (20g-44a), while winning a Hockey East championship in 2016. Saucerman has now played in 17 AHL games for the Springfield Thunderbirds (12), Providence Bruins (3), Hershey Bears (1) and Ontario Reign (1).
