Guy signs with Americans

Allen, Texas – The Allen Americans, ECHL affiliate of the Utah Hockey Club, announced the signing of forward Brayden Guy for the 2024-25 season.

Guy will begin his third season of professional hockey this season. The native of Brampton, Ontario totaled 11 points (6g-5a) in 40 games last season with Orlando and Reading, while under contract to Springfield of the American Hockey League. Guy also skated in two AHL games for the Thunderbirds.

The 23-year-old spent the entire 2022-23 with the Solar Bears, recording 29 points (14g-15a) in 55 games.

Prior to turning pro, Guy tallied 121 points (68g-53a) in 218 career games in the Ontario Hockey League with Sarnia and Guelph.
