Alger returns to Knight Monsters

STATELINE, Nev. – The Tahoe Knight Monsters, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Vegas Golden Knights and the American Hockey League’s Henderson Silver Knights, announced that the team has agreed to terms with defenseman Linden Alger for the 2025-26 season.    

Alger returns to the Knight Monsters where after he appeared in two regular-season games and four playoff contests with the Knight Monsters last season, logging an assist. Alger joined the team late last season after finishing his senior season at the University of Massachusetts. 

Prior to starting his pro career, Alger posted ten points (3g-7a) in 40 contests during his senior year at UMass, while also serving as the team’s captain. The 25-year-old registered 15 points in 104 appearances during his collegiate career with the Minutemen from 2020-25.
