Walleye bring back Ambrosio

TOLEDO, Ohio – Forward Colby Ambrosio returns to the Toledo Walleye for his first full professional season after agreeing to terms for the 2025-26 season.

Ambrosio returns to Toledo after posting eight points (3g-5a) in 12 games in his first taste of professional action. He added 11 points (4g-7a) in 18 playoff games last season, including a four-assist effort in Game 1 of the Central Division Semifinals. A fourth-round selection (118th overall) of the Colorado Avalanche in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft, Ambrosio tallied 20 points (7g-13a) in 34 games in his final season at Miami University before signing with the Walleye.

Prior to his pro career, Ambrosio accumulated 86 points (35g-51a) over 172 career collegiate games at Miami and Boston College.
