K-Wings agree to terms with Venuto

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Kalamazoo Wings, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Vancouver Canucks, announced that forward Antonio Venuto has signed a contract for the 2025-26 season.

Venuto returns to Kalamazoo for his first full pro season. The 25-year-old recorded two assists after joining the K-Wings for six games out of Merrimack College last season. 

The Whitmore Lake, Michigan native played four years for Ferris State University (2020-24), recording 55 points (23g-32a) in 120 games, leading the team in points (26) and goals (12) for the 2023-24 season. He transferred to Merrimack for his senior season, where he was named team captain and posted 14 points (8g-6a) in 35 games.
