Matt Berry of the Utah Grizzlies is the Inglasco ECHL Player of the Week for the week of Nov. 19-25.
Berry scored four goals, added five assists and was a +8 last week as the Grizzlies swept a three-game series from Allen.
The 26-year-old had three goals and an assist in a 4-0 win on Wednesday, scored once and added two assists in a 5-0 victory on Friday and tallied a pair of assists in a 5-3 win on Saturday.
A native of Canton, Michigan, Berry has 18 points (10g-8a) in 17 games with the Grizzlies this season.
Berry has totaled 161 points (64g-97a) in 167 career ECHL games with Utah and Florida while adding four points (3g-1a) in 20 career games in the American Hockey League with Norfolk and San Diego.
Prior to turning pro, Berry had 96 points (48g-48a) in 130 career games at Michigan State University.
On behalf of Matt Berry, a case of pucks will be donated to a Utah youth hockey organization by Inglasco, the exclusive puck supplier of the ECHL. Since beginning its sponsorship of the award in 2000-01, Inglasco has donated more than 39,000 pucks to youth hockey organizations in ECHL cities.
