INDIANAPOLIS – The Indy Fuel, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Chicago Blackhawks and the American Hockey League’s Rockford IceHogs, announced that they have signed defenseman Craig Wyszomirski for the 2019-20 season.
Wyszomirski, 26, arrives in Indy after spending the 2018-19 season with the Manchester Monarchs. In 27 games with the Monarchs he earned 10 points (2g-8a) and 43 penalty minutes as well as appearing in nine playoff games. Wyzsomirski alsp saw action in 34 AHL games with Utica and Ontario, adding seven points (1g-6a) and 66 penalty minutes.
The native of Mahwah, New Jersey brings three years of professional hockey experience to Indy, recording 37 points (8g-29a) in 142 ECHL games with Manchester as well as 44 AHL contests with Ontario, Syracuse and Utica.
Prior to turning pro, he played three NCAA seasons at Merrimack College.
