Mavericks re-sign Vanderlaan

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. – The Kansas City Mavericks announced the club has signed forward Mitch Vanderlaan to a contract for the 2020-21 season.

Vanderlaan, a native Hanwell, New Brunswick arrived via trade from the South Carolina Stingray last season. He played in 13 games with Kansas City, tallying five points (2g-3a). Overall in 46 games with the Stingrays and Mavericks, he compiled 18 points (7g-11a) as well as a +10 rating in his rookie season.
