Pair of rookies join Steelheads

BOISE, Idaho –Defenseman Matt Stief and forward Kyle Marino have agreed to terms with the Idaho Steelheads for the 2020-21 season.

Stief played in four seasons with Canisius College and was named an alternate captain during his senior campaign. The 24-year-old tallied 60 points (5g-55a) during his collegiate career.

Marino is a University of Alaska-Fairbanks alum who posted 27 points (9g-8a). The 25-year-old was named an alternate captain during his final two years at the collegiate level.
