Cederholm back with Icemen

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Icemen, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Winnipeg Jets and American Hockey League’s Manitoba Moose, announced that defenseman Jacob Cederholm has agreed to terms with the team for the 2020-21 season.

Cederholm, 22, returns to the Icemen where he logged seven points in 45 games last season. During the 2018-19 season, Cederholm collected six points (1g-5a) in 25 regular-season games with the Icemen. He also recorded a goal in six playoff appearances during the 2019 Kelly Cup Playoffs, while also appearing in nine AHL contests with Manitoba during that same season.

Cederholm began his career playing in Sweden’s hockey circuit and was selected by the Winnipeg Jets in the fourth round of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.
