Growlers agree to terms with Soucie

Growlers agree to terms with Soucie

ST. JOHN’S, Newfoundland – The Newfoundland Growlers, ECHL affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs, announced that the club has signed rookie forward Brendan Soucie to a contract for the 2020-21 season.

Soucie, 25, played four seasons of collegiate hockey with Army at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, where he appeared in a total of 111 games from 2016-20, where he tallied 61 points (33g-28a). A native of South Dennis, Massachusetts, Soucie scored 15 goals in 35 games during his freshman season and won Atlantic Hockey Association Rookie of the Week honors on three separate occasions.
